Before a single finish is selected, the architecture of your space is resolved. How rooms flow. Where light moves. How the home supports the way you actually live — not the way a floor plan assumes you do.

This foundation is what makes everything that follows feel inevitable rather than arbitrary.

Every space has one thing that should carry it. A stone surface chosen like a painting. A wall finish that shifts with the light. A commissioned piece made specifically for the room.

The decisions that require your taste, your instinct, your particular sense of what’s right — those are yours. We bring them to you clearly, without noise, at the right moment.

Everything else — contractor coordination, logistics, follow-through, the ten calls that would otherwise interrupt your Tuesday — we carry that entirely.

What kinds of projects are right for this?

Whole-home renovations, new construction, and significant architectural transformations. Most clients come to us for multi-room or full-home projects where they want one person to own the entire outcome — from first conversation through final installation.

Single-room decorating isn’t something we take on.

How long will my project take?

Most full-home projects run between 12 and 24 months from first conversation to final installation. You’ll know the timeline before work begins — and we hold to it.

How do I get started?

A conversation. No fee, no commitment. You tell us about your project. We tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll say so clearly. If we’re not, we’ll say that too.

Most clients tell us the process was nothing like they expected. Clearer. More engaging. And far less exhausting than they feared.

You won’t see yourself in every image here — and that’s intentional.

Where do you work?

The studio is based in the San Francisco Bay Area — San Francisco, Marin, the Peninsula, Napa Valley, and beyond. We also work with clients on properties they don’t live near full-time. Remote project management is a core studio capability. If your project is in another market, it’s worth a conversation.
