CONSTRUCTION

• You have a renovation coming up, and your contractor advises you to select all finishes and fixtures. That’s more than you thought you’d be doing and would like expert help. We will select all the things: Cabinet door style, counter, tile, grout, lighting, sink, faucet. We can also advise on appliances. We’ll hand everything over, along with a concept sketch for tile layout to turn over to your team and wrap up with a virtual meeting with your contractor to answer any questions about the design.

• The DIY-er in you is more than happy to project manage and meet with your contractor to complete your project. We are available hourly to connect and answer any other questions your crew may have along the way.

• Orders can be retail or trade and depending on which, our team will hand over a shopping list for you to complete ordering or we will invoice you for goods and order on your behalf.

  FURNISHINGS

• You need new furniture and an expert to focus on the right colors, pattern, sizes, shapes, and style and you’d like a layer of customization so that your room(s) feels like you and not a vignette off the floor at Crate and Barrel.

• Orders can be retail or trade and depending on which, our team will hand over a shopping list for you to complete or we will invoice you for goods and order on your behalf.

• The DIY-er in you is more than happy to project manage and receive your new pieces and utilize the space plan we’ll provide to put it all into place! Any installers coming through for window treatments, wall coverings or lighting will be scheduled and managed by you.

• We are available hourly to connect and answer any other questions your crew may have along the way.
